1. Who is responsible for processing your data
Clarly is published by Gorret Labs (Guillaume Gorret), an individual publisher based in France, responsible for the data processing described below. This policy explains what data Clarly collects, why, who it's shared with, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
2. Data collected
- Account data: name, email address, and avatar provided by the authentication provider (GitHub or Google) you choose to sign in with.
- Project data: the features being tracked, their status, and summaries generated from your conversations with the AI agent or your connected code repositories.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, and server logs, kept temporarily for security and to keep the Service running properly.
Clarly does not collect any payment information.
3. Why this data is used
- Providing the feature-lifecycle tracking service (contract performance).
- Securing the Service and diagnosing incidents (legitimate interest).
4. Sharing with third parties
- GitHub / Google: used solely as authentication providers.
- Hosting provider: data is hosted on a dedicated server located in France/EU.
Clarly does not sell any data and does not display advertising.
5. Cookies
This site (clarly.fr) uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The Clarly application only uses a technical cookie or token required for authentication.
6. Data retention
Account and project data are kept for as long as your organization uses the Service. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@clarly.fr. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL.
8. Security
Data is stored on a dedicated database, isolated on a private network, and accessible only through the Clarly API. Exchanges with the Service are encrypted (HTTPS).
9. Changes
This policy may be updated; the "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the version in effect.
