Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026.
1. Purpose
Clarly ("the Service") is a Claude Code plugin paired with a web application, published by Gorret Labs, that tracks a software feature's lifecycle — from the idea expressed in conversation with an AI agent through to deployment. Using the Service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Access to the service
The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase and intended for professional use (development teams). It is provided "as is" and may evolve, be suspended, or be interrupted at any time, in particular during development or maintenance phases.
3. Account and authentication
Access to the Service requires authenticating through a third-party identity provider (GitHub, Google). You must comply with that provider's own terms. Gorret Labs is not responsible for the availability of these third-party services.
4. Third-party integrations
Clarly may connect to third-party tools (code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, issue trackers) to automatically capture a feature's progress. Gorret Labs is not responsible for the content or availability of these third-party services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- attempt to access data belonging to another organization or account;
- disrupt or overload the Service's infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law permits.
6. Intellectual property
The Clarly brand, its logo, and the Service's code are the property of Gorret Labs.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided without warranty of availability, accuracy, or completeness, in particular during its beta phase. Gorret Labs cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility of using the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the version in effect.
